As a college student, James supplemented his studies with internships for members of Congress and political organizations in Washington, DC. In 2014, James was an Assistant Media Buyer and Client Services Associate at National Media, Inc., a full-service political advertising agency. At National Media, James assisted with placing media buys and the development of the company’s premier business intelligence product. Shortly thereafter, James was awarded a policy fellowship from the Charles Koch Institute to study federal and state budget issues. Prior to joining Campaign Solutions, James worked as a political consultant under his own company, Reed Public Affairs LLC, where he advised clients on campaign management, political communications, and policy research.
James received a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University where he majored in political science and history. James also received a master’s degree in political management from George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management.
